Welcome to Sulit Fiber. By applying for and using our broadband internet services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Description

Sulit Fiber provides residential broadband fiber internet services. All our plans feature 100% unlimited data with no data caps. Advertised speeds are "up to" speeds and may vary based on network conditions and user hardware.

2. "Install Muna, Bago Bayad" Policy

We pride ourselves on our transparent installation process:

• We do not require upfront payments online prior to installation.
• Our technical team will deploy, install, and configure the router at your declared address.
• Payment for the initial subscription cycle is strictly required only after the physical installation is complete and you have verified the internet speed connection.

3. No Lock-in Period & Prepaid Flexibility

Unlike traditional ISPs, Sulit Fiber operates on a flexible, prepaid-style model:

• There are zero lock-in periods. You may cancel your service anytime without facing early termination fees.
• Pause Feature: Subscribers can pause their internet connection via the portal when traveling. Unused time credits will be frozen and can be resumed upon return.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers must use the connection responsibly. The service must not be used to:

• Conduct illegal activities or transmit illicit materials.
• Resell the bandwidth to neighboring properties without explicit commercial authorization from Sulit Fiber.
• Engage in network abuse, such as distributing malware or launching DDoS attacks.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without a refund.

5. Equipment Ownership and Maintenance

The Optical Network Terminal (Router) provided during the initial setup becomes the complete property of the subscriber upon successful installation and settlement of the first payment.

• As the sole owner, the subscriber is fully responsible for keeping the equipment safe from physical damage, power surges, and extreme weather.
• Since the equipment belongs to the subscriber, any future repairs or hardware replacements due to damage or loss will require the subscriber to purchase a new unit at the prevailing market rate.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes via email or our official portal.
